Education through Community

At the University of Dayton, the Brother Joseph W. Stander Symposium is held annually to celebrate academic excellence. It provides an opportunity for students of all disciplines to showcase their work and accomplishments.

Through collaboration with the event planning team, event branding for Stander Symposium was developed and implemented across a variety of print pieces.

Celebration of the Arts

A Showcase of the Arts Culture at the University of Dayton

A formal event taking place during the Stander Symposium, The Celebration of the Arts features the University of Dayton’s student performing arts groups, for an evening showcasing their talents.

For this reason, the identity for the Celebration of the Arts was designed to coordinate with the Stander Symposium identity.

Invitation Design

Sent to University of Dayton donors, the invitation needed a traditional and warm tone. Paper and printing techniques were considered, and to add an additional element of texture, the Celebration of the Arts Logo was embossed.

Posters

Designed as advertising materials for the performance, posters in two sizes were distributed across campus. They were the primary source of information about the event and purchasing tickets for the students.

Used at the performance, the program included the full list of students involved, and information about featured student artwork.
